More about Susan

Following a degree and MSc in Tourism and Conservation at the Durrell Institute, Susan has worked in the not-for-profit sector, focusing on conservation, the environment and animal welfare.

She is an enthusiast organic gardener and fruit and vegetable grower, with a herd of rescued battery hens destroying the lawn. Susan also promotes independent, responsible travel.

She loves walking in the Sussex countryside and around the beautiful local harbour with her dog, friends and family. She is also rather keen on real ale, watching all types of movies, listening to cheesy soul and disco music and driving Alfa Romeos.
